Hi all! See below-- Friday's set list with talking points inserted. Feel free to reword however you'd like; these are just general themes you can follow for where you're speaking in the show. Thank you!!

DYA

Jon- Introduction: We’re Sound Off, a semi-professional a cappella group based out of Boston. We’re so excited to be here tonight at The Center for Arts in Natick, thank you for your continued support for the arts and for being here tonight. We’ve got a full set for you this evening with a brief intermission, so we hope you enjoy. Our next song actually started as one of our shorter videos we call Sound Bites, where we feature a brief snippet of a popular song that isn’t a part of our set. This one was so well received by our followers that by popular demand we added it to our repertoire. Introducing Liz on solo
Send My Love
Real Love

Diana- The next couple songs are ones we’ve taken into both local and national competitions. Our most recent competition was WGBH’s Sing That Thing, tune in on May 12th at 8pm to see how we did! This next song features Paddy on lead.
Chains
Wild Things
If I Loved You
Nobody Love
Use Somebody

James- That song won us a Contemporary A Cappella Recording Award last year, (insert CARA explanation/ usual Grammy’s comparison). This next song won us our very first CARA the year before, featuring Leah on the lead
All the Way

Paddy- Now we’d like to introduce to you a couple shorter songs that feature the men and women of our group separately
Latch
Morning Comes
IWITW

Jon- announce intermission, we’ll be selling CDs in the lobby

INTERMISSION

Diana- welcome back, we have a few more songs for you this evening but first we wanted to let you know if you like what you hear, you can follow us on Facebook and Instagram @soundoffacappella, Twitter @SoundOffAca. You can also check out our videos on YouTube and on our website soundoffacappella.com. Next up on solo we’re featuring James. We hope you enjoy!
Gold

Pearse- the usual “modern classic sing along if you know it” Irish charm bit
SYBT
Fire
Alone

Melisse- This next song is really special to all of us because it’s the first song we ever sang together. We have multiple talented musicians in our group that arrange all of the music you’re hearing (call out Diana, Pearse, Jon, sorry Wangus you’re not there to waveL ) but the majority of our set is arranged by Kevin. This mash up is the first song he ever brought to the group when we were brand new, and it features Paddy
NLTGLG

Paddy- Before we sing our final song this evening, we want to again thank The Center for Arts in Natick for letting us be a part of Member’s Night, we’ve had a terrific time and hope you’ve all enjoyed your evening. If you like what you hear from us, as Diana said we’d love for you to follow us on social media, but also be sure to look for us on Spotify, iTunes, or we have CDs for sale in the lobby after the show. Our last song this evening is our latest single, and we’re thrilled to announce it won us our THIRD consecutive CARA this year, featuring Liz! Thank you all again for coming out this evening!
