My Whole life Long and Rise Audition Videos

Hey everyone!

Great job at the Pingree gig on Thursday! Super fun!

So here are the formats for the video auditions for MWLL and Rise:

MWLL
- Male: start singing the 2nd half of Verse 2 and go through Chorus 2 (m.49-71). During the Pre-Chorus 2, sing m.61-63 ("have a little faith in what we made") and finish through Chorus 2.

- Female: start singing the 1st half of Verse 2 (m.41-48), then jump to Pre-Chorus 2 and sing through Chorus 2 (m.57-71).

Rise

Verse 2 through the end ("I must stay conscious..."). Starts on p. 7 in our current pdf arrangement.

Find attached mp3s of the original audio (Boyce Avenue version for "Rise" and dropped it to the appropriate key for our arrangement) spliced up to use as a guide if you need to for making the audition video. All mp3s have a lead in time to establish tempo and key (MWLL audition section begins at 0:05, Rise audition section begins at 0:07).

Please send your audition videos only to Wangüs by the end of Saturday 4/22.

Hi everyone--

Tomorrow we'll be moving forward with the callbacks for these songs. We only had three people submit videos for each part, and as music and business teams decided in the past, this means we'll just have everyone sing with the group tomorrow.

For auditionees--please take note of Kevin's requested sections & information above. There seemed to be a few instances of missed communication. Reah his notes and listen to the mp3s he attached above as a reference for what needs to be sung! We can triple check everything first thing tomorrow at rehearsal.
