Hi there,

the spot to daw function stopped to work here some weeks ago with Soundminer v4Pro (probably with the latest update to 4.1.8.27). Any idea what that might be? It does not work in ProTools or in Logic.

This brought me to another question. I deleted all the files inside the folder "Application Support/Soundminer" plus the com.soundminer.smv4Pro.plist without any luck. Anyway, is there any chance to export / save / backup the VST rack settings separately just to make sure?

Thanks,

Axel

It's all working for me....this is best to send to techsupport.
latest build is fc81
list the exact version you are using.
Just in case the obvious is missed.....
Make sure in the DAW menu you have selected the target app you want
(pro tools or logic 9).
with Pro Tools, make sure you have dropped the pro tools session onto
the SM browser to 'teach' SM the parameter settings in your PT
session.

VSTRack presets are stored within the preference file (under newer
versions of v4pro they are in the file with the same name in the
Library/Application Support folder).

Ideally these should be stored elsewhere, but currently they are not.
There is no way to store them elsewhere at this time, but we are
working on this for future versions.

Hi there,

sorry, stupid question: I am not able to log in to my account because I wasn't asked to create an account when I bought earlier. If I make up a new account, I got no downloadable content because it says "You have not purchased any downloadable products yet".
If I hit "Check for Update" inside Soundminer it says "You're up to date! Soundminer v4Pro 4.1.8.27 is currently the newest version available". Also I do not have access to your FTP anymore to check for updates there.

What am I missing?

Thanks,

Axel
