In my experience, the guys at Soundminer offer top-notch tech support.
If you have a bug or crash to report, or something of that nature,
please start with Soundminer Tech Support before posting here. You'll
get much better, and likely quicker, response than posting it on this
forum.

Occasionally certain problems can be tough to pinpoint and it's
helpful to throw a few crumbs out and see if someone bites and can
duplicate your issue, in which case posting it here can be useful. No
one's going to stop you, of course, but I would still recommend using
Tech Support (hey, you already paid for it!).
