Hello,

I had previously sent an email to the author listed on the README in the zip file but also posting here for completeness.

Like many others in the group, my employer is interested in having this tool available in an ArcPro environment. We would be able to offer support in terms of either programmer time or supporting hiring of a contractor or whatever might be the best way forward.

I'm happy to answer questions but don't know who/how to get this all rolling?

I saw there was mention in one of the threads about a GitHub project? I have been unable to find anything around that.

Best,
-Casey

Hi Casey,

Feel free to email me if you’re still interested in having this ported.

I’m in the final stages of converting the SPreAD-GIS model to Python 3.x with ArcGIS Pro compatibility. I’ve run several tests in Pro and am getting the same outputs as I did in the ArcMap version (Python 2.7). These tests used the exact same datasets in both environments.

Let me know if you’d like more details—happy to share.

Best,
Jacob

Hi Jacob,

I'm also interested in the ArcGIS Pro port of the SPreAD-GIS model to use in a wildlife research project. Would you be willing to share it with me when completed?

Thanks!

Best,
Ben

I'd also be interested in the ArcGIS Pro capability. I'm attempting to map potential impacts of motorized vehicle noise on wilderness qualities and running into a roadblock finding a version of ArcMAP that will run the current SpreAD-GIS.
Best regards,
Clint

All,

I’d really be interested as well.

Ben, I’m curious to know what wildlife research project you’re working on with noise impacts. I have to analyze that quite a bit. If you don’t mind sharing, shoot me an email.

Thanks,
