Testing compatibility/SPreAD-GIS errors

Hi all, 

It's been helpful to read through conversations and try to troubleshoot this program. I am trying to run this program on some vocalizing bird locations, and I am running into some issues with the testing tool and when I run the model on my source locations. I have Windows 10 Pro and I am trying to run SPreAD-GIS in Arc 10.7.1 and Arc Pro. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
