Running the toolbox without arcgis

Hi!

Can the tool be ran from spyder without arcmap? I am asking because my organization only has arcGIS pro.

The tool is not currently compatible with ArcGIS Pro, and requires ArcGIS Desktop to run within Spyder because it requires an ESRI-specific package. I am not aware of any funded projects to port the tool to ArcGIS Pro.
