Error validation test - ArcGIS 10.4

I  receive an error for validation testing in ArcGIS 10.4.1.5686 - Windows 10

I get the same error, but i didn't have to wait all the time , it gave me an error within seconds Failed to execute (validation2).

i wonder if you have found any solutions for it
