The NI roboRIO 2.0 boots from a microSD card configured with an appropriate boot image containing the NI Linux Real-Time OS, drivers, and libraries specific to FRC. The microSD card must be imaged with a laptop and an SD burner application per the instructions on this page.

The image will be transferred to the microSD card using a specialized writing utility, sometimes called a burner. Several utilities are listed below, but most tools that can write arbitrary images for booting a Raspberry Pi or similar dev boards will also produce a bootable SD card for roboRIO 2.0.

The image writing process above does not set a team number. To fix this teams will need to insert the microSD card in the robRIO and connect to the robot. With the roboRIO Imaging Tool go to Edit Startup Settings. Next, fill out the Team Number box and hit Apply.

On a fresh format SD card copy the folder found in the "Screen folder" in the firmware zip, it should be called "DWIM_SET". Unplug your screen and remove the 4 screws in the back, and pop the back cover off, there is an SD slot on the board, insert the SD card here, reconnect and boot on. This may fix the screen issue, (In my case it just made the black screen into a red screen).

Finally, and the most effective but least obvious solution. The V2 doesn't let you reuse firmware.bin names, it seems they loaded the initial firmware using "firmware.bin" so you can't actually use that filename to update, it will black screen you.
Instead rename it to i.e "firmware1.bin" and run the update as normal through the front SD card slot, you should blackscreen for 10 seconds and then the update will recover your screen and install the new firmware.

Help! I am trying to upgrade the firmware on 5 Ender 3 Pro V2 machines in a high school STEM Lab. I am using the the most recent upgrade (9/10) and have tried all of the upgrades available on the current screen. I have tried this using different cards and different machines and keep getting the same result. There are no Icons on the screen as shown in the picture. These machines were purchased one year ago. I see there is no access to older firmware. I upgraded these about a month ago using the same method and everything was fine. I would appreciate any help or advice as I need to get these machines back to correct working condition.

I am trying to import contacts from micro-SD to (non Android) Nokia phone. So I first exported current contacts on micro-SD card in hope that i will be able to modify the exported file and then import it.

I did formatted the 32gb to FAT32 and i have copied the bin file by its default name in the SD card
Inserted the SD card and kept pressing the reset button and powered up the camera - first purple light then after 20 sec turn into red with no action

When you get the purple light, let go of the setup button. purple light goes on only with SD card and the mentioned file inside, however, the purple light goes on fr 10 sec then turns back to solid red without any action

Always format the card and copy the .bin to the root prior to every flash. The cam will write files to the SD during startup. I have formatted the SD card with FAT32 and copied the bin file in the root of the SD card

Your player is a Clip+. It can take micro SDHC cards up to 32GB, however the player has issues with some cards faster than class 4. For best compatibility, use a Sandisk 32GB class 4 card. Some 32GB made by other brands even if they are class 4 or slower might cause issues. The player has a limit of around 8,000 songs for its database.

Having said that, some people install Rockbox on their Clip+, which enables the use of class 10 cards, including micro SDXC cards which are 64 GB and up. Rockbox is a free alternative firmware(operating system) for the player. It gives many additional features, and allows very high capacity cards to be used on the player. Some use 128GB micro SDXC cards formatted as FAT32 on their Clip+. Rockbox also allows for aa huge song database. if there is a song limit for the Rockbox database, it seems no one has reported reaching it yet. I have Rockbox on my Clip+ players. Even so, I still use class 4 cards. Rockbox also gives many choices for what is displayed on the screen, and how it is displayed.

32GB cards come formatted as FAT32. It is the micro SDXC cards 64GB and up that need to be formatted as FAT32. The issue though is that the micro SDXC cards which are 64GB and up are at least class 10. They will work if formatted as FAT32 in a Rockboxed Clip+, however without Rockbox they are likely to be problematic due to the high speed.

Except that the Sandisk firmware has trouble with many cards faster than class 4, and all micro SDXC cards(and full sized ones) I have heard of are class 10 or faster. Rockbox though allows class 10 cards, and perhaps even faster ones? With Rockbox installed, and micro SDXC cards formatted as FAT 32, people have no problems using class 10 ones(although I do wonder if some of the fastest micro SDXC cards might be too fast even for Rockbox to work properly).

I downloaded auto-level code and the printer won't read that code, other than the factory-installed code that came with the printer. I formatted the SD card per advice but still no reading of the card by the printer.

This procedure will enable the BOOTDISK flag in your camera's Flash ROM, allowing it to load and execute custom code from the memory card. A copy of the original (unmodified) ROM contents will be saved to the card.

Balena Etcher will only show you external drives, but please be careful to select the correct drive if you have multiple cards or USBs plugged into your computer. If you choose the wrong one, you risk erasing data from the selected drive. You can easily see the drive letter (for example, E:) by looking in the left column of Windows Explorer.

A format which displays sections of your courses as cards with images, similar to format_grid or format_tiles.The cards format is an extension of the default Topics format to make it easier to maintain.

The cards format requires Moodle 4.0 or later, and for the default topics format to be present on your site. There's no special installation steps or instructions, just install it as you would any other plugin

(Mac OS) You can use this format toopen an image in Photoshop 2.0 or to export an image to an applicationsupporting only Photoshop 2.0 files. Saving in Photoshop 2.0 formatflattens your image and discards layer information.

Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPEG) format is commonly used to display photographs and other continuous-tone images in HTML documents. JPEG format supports CMYK, RGB, and Grayscale color modes, and does not support transparency. Unlike GIF format, JPEG retains all color information in an RGB image but compresses file size by selectively discarding data.
