Track upload is slow

Hi,

I'm using the API to push tracks to your platform. Unfortunalty if
often takes too long, such as 1200s to push a track of 5MB. I mostly
use the same code and hardware to push to other platforms, and the job
get done in less than a minute with much bigger tracks. I got these
results from our own server, with a load average less than 1 and with
a pretty nice bandwidth.

I would like to know if there is some restrictions on track upload ?

We used to have 1 to 5MB/sec uploading, last 2 weeks, we have been
capped to 20kb/sec.

Any news from Soundcloud ?
