Is this possible?

Hi, I'm interested in making a website using the Soundcloud API with a
Pro Plus account as the back end and need to ask a few questions to
establish if it is going to be possible. The site is a music community
with multiple members searching, listening to and uploading tracks,
and will be written in PHP (probably using the existing PHP SDK).

1. Is it possible for a single Soundcloud account to be used for
multiple searches, plays, uploads simultaneously from different users
of my site, who may be in different locations all over the world?

2. Is there a limit on the number of API requests per Soundcloud
account in any time period that will affect this?

3. I'm noticing people talk about apps being "approved" - would my app
for this website need to be approved before anyone can use it, and if
so what are the criteria?
