Greetings,
We are pleased to extend a formal Invitation to Bid for the construction of a new six-storey, approximately 160,000 sq. ft. multi-residential apartment building comprising 103 units, delivered in partnership with the Government of Canada. Construction is scheduled to commence on July 3, 2026.
All project documents - drawings, specifications, addenda, and site photos — are available in our project folder linked below for your review:

The package sets out the current project parameters, scope expectations, pricing basis, and submission requirements. We ask that all pricing be aligned with the ITB and that any assumptions, qualifications, and exclusions be clearly identified in your response.
Bids are due no later than May 21, 2026. Please confirm your intent to bid at your earliest convenience, and reach out with any clarifications well in advance of the closing date.
