Hello Group -

 

I hope that someone can help me answer a question that is not in my field.  I've been told that the bass baritone, specifically A2, is a note that is not found in traditional music of Asia, Africa or Aboriginal Australia. 

 

Is this so in the experience of experts?  Does it occur only in an Indo-European range?
