I'm wondering if we have a shared spreadsheet for noting the gig payments that are completed? My apologies if we already do and I just can't locate it, I'd appreciate if you could share it with me again.

Carol created a spreadsheet to log weekly hours to submit to workday. There is also a spreadsheet that goes by an event-by-event basis. I can share those two with you now. If you need any more information please let me know.

Hi Danielle,

We have not had any events so far this semester, so I figure Nia is putting in hours for work she did last semester. I am not familiar with the policies regarding hours for last semester, but none of the team should have any hours to put in for this semester.

I am happy to create a timesheet for this semester nonetheless.

Hi SPEC Sound,

I received several timesheets this morning but there aren't entries in the workbook to compare them. I went ahead and approved them and entered the hours I approved in the workbook. Could you please confirm that these hours were worked? Moving forward, could you please try to update the workbook by Monday morning each week so that I have your reference to approve the hours?
