To All Student Organizations,
The annual student group registration/re-registration process for the 2022–2023 academic year is now open. To be considered an active student group on campus, the University requires ALL student organizations to be registered with the Office of Student Affairs.
The official registry of student groups is managed through PennClubs, the student club database created by Penn Labs.
Note: If you have graduated or should no longer be the primary contact for a student organization in Penn Clubs, PLEASE FORWARD THIS EMAIL to the group's current leadership so that they may complete this necessary registration process before the school year commences. This listserv is downloaded from the existing contacts in PennClubs.
If the current leadership is not listed on the group's membership roster in Penn Clubs, please have a current executive board member email vpul...@pobox.upenn.edu with the Subject: Add New Club Officer and include in the body of the email name(s) of officer(s); penn email address and the name of the student group. (Please do not submit acronyms). Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply during this period of a high-volume emails.
When (re)registering your club, we strongly encourage you to add all officers/ executive board members to the roster if not already listed. Registration requests are reviewed and approved by the Office of Student Affairs. Questions regarding the University registration process should be directed to vpul...@pobox.upenn.edu.
