Hi Justin,

I am out of the office this week for jury duty, so I don't have a way to physically check the office and surrounding area for packages. You can check my folder on the bulletin board of the office and look up the POs using the PO numbers below to see what packages have been logged as received at the OSA and where they were placed.

First Sweetwater order (PO 5773422) - here is the tracking, it says everything was delivered.

Second Sweetwater order (PO 5778047) - this is what it says for the tracking

Amazon order (PO 5771824) - please see attached spreadsheet, it says everything was delivered.

I saw that most items from the first order, specifically those from Sweetwater have arrived and were promptly placed in the closet (highlighted in green). I noticed that some items from the Sweetwater order and all items from Amazon are still missing (highlighted in red on the original sheet). I am curious about the status of those items.

This includes Concur reports, revenue deposits, and payment requests - all are due by April 29.

The last day for Amazon orders is Wednesday, April 22, to allow time for deliveries to arrive.

 

No student group events may take place after April 29.
