We just wanted to confirm that we will have 2 mics and also I'm not sure what I put in the form, but can we have everything set up by 6 PM, instead of starting then? Then, about the outputs, we are still confirming with a DJ and I will let you know about the outputs as soon as I find out. On the other hand, we wanted a videographer for our event this year and we wanted to know if you could give us the contact for any videographers at Penn? Hello Roopesh,Sorry for the late reply. We are available September 26th, but we do not have any screens. Are you saying that the output that the DJ will be using is the XLR? And I'll send an updated version of the quote with the extra hour of labor so you can have the equipment set up by 6pm.Trinity

Hi again Roopesh,We added an extra hour for takedown due to the distance as well, and we added subwoofers to get better sound for your event. For the subwoofers an extra technician will be needed to help move and set up the equipment.
