Thanks for reaching out! Hope you're doing well, too! I know we have several events that we received requests for this coming Friday, so I know they're trying to figure out staffing to determine exact timing for each of these events. I've looped in the SPEC Sound general email, their liaison on SPEC Exec (Teja), and our grad assistant (Taylor) who advises this group. They are actually meeting right now, so you and HJA should expect to hear back very soon. 

Sound friends, Steve works over in the Chaplain's Office/SPARC and advises HJA.

Hey Gabe, 

Hope you’re doing well!  Just hearing from HJA that they’ve been having trouble getting a response from SPEC Sound.  They’re just trying to confirm setup for the Holi event at 330 this Friday.

I told them not to panic and that we still had time but they asked if I could help nudge this.  Do you have a contact you can share or are you able just to check in with them?
