I wanted to share a relatively new initiative at Princeton University.There 3rd annual Muhrram Majlis. Please make an effort to attend and share with contacts that might be interested. 

Programs like these are critical to the development of inclusive community--when we first started Muharram in Manhattan we were the only community in the country with such programing. I am happy to say now such programing can be found in numerous university and helps to build a healthy, empathetic and inclusive Muslim communities at Universities.

Please note the change in venue from previous years. This year, Maulana Sayed Zafar Abbas Naquvi will be addressing the gathering on the topic of "Karbala: The Pinnacle of Tawheed". As in previous years, we will also have other poetry reciters in various languages in the form of salaam, nauha, marsiya, and latmiyya before the main speech.
