New build fixes broken timers with various international locales

Thanks to the reporting and testing of user MELERIX, we found a very serious issue that causes lots of different timers involved in peer messaging and file transfer to malfunction with a variety of international regions (under Windows) and calendars (under macOS). The builds below should fix this problem:

Hello, the program doesn't seem to work (at least for me).  It will launch, but then closes after a few seconds.  The windows event viewer  states that there's an error in libstdc++-6.dll, but even replacing that DLL doesn't seem to work.  Please advise.

Are you trying out 2024.6.26 or 2024.6.30?

I tried an older version of Qt for this one, I think it has something to do with that. Does this work for you?

It looks like that one just freezes in the system tray as an icon, but there's no user interface window.

                I downloaded and opened the MacOS build but it just says "SoulseekQT is already running" - does this mean it's fixed?  Is the problem we're all having on OUR end or SoulSeek's???  And can anybody check and tell me if all my (CusterDome) uploads are visible and available for download?  Also, how does one go about downloading somebody else's files that are "padlocked"?

Is it normal that the Linux client still shows version 2018.1.30?

The AppImage does not allow adding new folders. Additionally, when a folder is removed, a new one cannot be added. No dialog box opens for these actions.

Is the Linux version still being developed? This seems odd.

I am using Debian. Surprisingly, everything else works well.

Hi Nir,

Since a few weeks, I am no longer able to download music from Soulseek, despite the fact that I keep sharing music in the sharing folder.

I also just made a donation of 30 dollars.

I keep receiving messages from other Soulseek-users accusing me of the fact that I don't share music.

How can this problem be solved? Is it possible that my shared music, for some reason, doesn't get through?

I am a radio dj and often need tracks to complete my collection (of 12.000 albums, which I'm willing to share)

I just reinstalled the Soulseek version using your link :

Buenas!! Tomas me acaba de dar la idea de probar con una VPN en caso de que fuera problema de los proveedores. Con VPN con conexion a estados unidos se conecta al instante. Es una buena solucion provisoria. Espero que los proveedores no hayan bloqueado la conexion.
