minfilesize never works

Hi. It's probably time I put it out there. I've used Soulseek for years and sometimes I check if minfilesize works yet and it never ever has.

To test it I do a search that gets many results (with large file sizes), then I add minfilesize:1 (and, seperately, mfs:1) and have yet to recieve a single result. I've tried a range of file sizes.

I've tried this on a few different computers.
