I am currently using a MacBook Air with an Apple M5 chip running macOS Tahoe v26.5.2. Similar to many other applications, I have received a notification from Apple indicating that the Rosetta translation layer will be deprecated starting with macOS v28.
Is there any roadmap for SoulSeek to release a native build, or an update, to ensure direct compatibility with Apple Silicon processors?

Build 2026-4-30 on the download page is built for both Intel and ARM, but there might be something weird going on. I responded to the first two reports of this issue and was told in both cases by the user they were trying to run the wrong version. I tried running the client on a macbook with the latest macOS and didn't get the warning. I'll try doing that again soon.

Ok, Nir. It’s possible I was using an outdated version. I’ve updated to v2026.4.30 and, indeed, the incompatibility warning is no longer showing. Thank you very much
