HELP: Only locked files do not appear in the search. (Windows 11)

I installed the latest version of Soulseek (2026-04-30) on my Windows 11 computer and only PUBLIC files are appearing in the result... this limits the search for files, mainly because users tend to keep rarer files locked (with padlock) but in many cases, i get permission to download

I believe it's not a problem of firewall or port because it's just not showing specific files (locked files only in the search).

I have another computer Windows 10 with program installed (SAME VERSION) and it's working fine, public and locked files appear in the search.

Does anyone know how to solve this? thanks in advance

I am totally new here, so i just did what some of old hacks do when looking up new software, pull the noob clues! Go and ogle other's problems. In this case, copying and pasting your question, and voila!
