Now that I have Windows 11, I can't download

Hello, all. I bought a new computer that includes Windows 11 and I have Norton 360. I have given permission to Norton to allow access through its firewall for SoulseekQT (I am not using the Windows firewall). But now any time I try to download, my download is aborted (which was never an issue with my old computer). Not sure what I'm missing. I have the 2019.7.22 build, Windows 64. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

NORTON IS THE PROBLEM...USE Norton removal tool, and or Go to windows firewall settings, and add a new program to Inbound/outbound. Set Soulseek to run in both
