Getting the "you're not sharing" message, but I AM sharing...

I set my share folder and everything I download is in it and should be shareable. But I'm getting the message saying "Hi, it looks like you're not sharing anything..."

How am I supposed to fix this?

same problem. not sure why this is, if anyone knows how to correct it..?

So when you do a rescan of files, it gives you a count?
