I second that!I've been using the old soulseek NS for a few years too and I recently gave Linux a try again which ultimately brought me to Soulseek QT (because nicotine just isn't that good). Although it took and takes still a bit getting used to the new interface, I'm overall pretty happy with the new slsk qt. However I miss the "Get place in line"-feature very dearly.
I have found
this discussion from 2012 where it says that there should be a listing of the place in line somewhere. However I can not find it in either the new, nor the old-style transfer view. Also, there is no entry in the context menu to request the place in line.
As a sort of workaround I now try to get the user information for the user from whom I want to get my place in line. However slsk is not always able to retrieve the user information which shows the number people in the queue of the user, and also it's just the total number of people waiting (and not my place in the line) which is only good as a worst case indicator.
Please, developer(s), bring the "Place in queue"-feature back!
