Is it normal that the Linux client still shows version 2018.1.30?

The AppImage does not allow adding new folders. Additionally, when a folder is removed, a new one cannot be added. No dialog box opens for these actions.

Is the Linux version still being developed? This seems odd.

I am using Debian. Surprisingly, everything else works well.

After installation, only the initial folder added during setup is available for sharing. However, if you remove it, no other folders can be shared. Is there a settings file where this can be set manually?

THank You all, it is amazing to see, SoulSeek Soul is still alive!

I posted a Linux version of the latest test build to the announcement page: https://www.slsknet.org/news/node/3723

I'm not sure what you mean about not being able to add new folders. If you go to Options->File Sharing, there should be a 'Share Folder' button at the top. In the new test build you can also right-click the shared folders list and there will be a new option to add a shared folder. This seems to open the select folder dialog for me in Ubuntu.

Thank You for fix!

For the others the "share folder" did not appear if right clicked on file sharing aria on my Debian.
In Debian it does not show special button but it appears if right clicked, now in that version, even better if button would be static but is working for me as it is for now.

It is fixed now on the https://f004.backblazeb2.com/file/SoulseekQt/SoulseekQt-2024-6-30.AppImage  version, Thank You!
