I am unable to login to my account. It shows I am there but I get a red logo. Everything was fine until I had two consecutive computers die on me due to old age and lots of use. I like to donate every few months or so but because the application doesn't work I am unable to login properly I can't download or search anything...so there's no point.

Can someone tell me how to get into my account? I even tried to get an email password resent to me but that feature on the website doesn't work. Nothing works.

Help anyone?

Thanks

Okay it's the old port forward crap again. Why is this rearing its head on my new win 10 computer? I have never had any luck fixing the port forward garbage. So frustrating...the same reason I had to stop using soulseek on one of my other computers because I couldn't figure out how to open the port. Why don't these automatically do what they're supposed to do? Is it my firewall stopping it? Does it have anything to do with public network being disabled? I just can't figure it out.

I thought to hell with it and installed the old version of soulseek and actually remembered my old password and voila. I am back in business. Not impressed with the new build (QT) not working though. Not good.
