Download folder issue

I can't change my download folder in settings. The default folder is on my C: drive.

How do i set a different download folder? Pasting a different path doesn't work.

hi im a new user and want to change my download folder and have the same issue here discribed can you write here how to do that , it can help other users maybe too.
i gona search here at the forum for more info but at the moment i only found this thread here for help
