Open shared files from user not downloading

Hi! does anyone know how to resolve this issue? i'm trying to download frames from this user and the files are open but they wont download, any reason my and how to fix this? thanks

like the files are in my queued but not downloading (others are) but not from this one user, i try to retry and restarted the application but it didn't work
