Am I "new" to SoulSeek I used it a long time ago. I download it and tried testing my port and it says its closed. I checked the Port Forwarding Guides, but I can't seem to find my modem. I only know it is a modem from Xfinity.
Can anyone please help me?
Thank you!

Hey Edward,
Generally the easiest way to go about it is to log into your device (in this case, the Xfinity modem/router) and find the option to enable uPnP and enable it.. then check "use uPnP port mapping" and "use NAT-PMP port mapping" in Soulseek's options and restart Soulseek.. this will (hopefully) forward the necessary ports automatically when Soulseek's open and close them when it's not.
