Shares not showing

My shares are not showing in the user list. I have done a re-scan and all shares show in the update. I have had recently times when files have dropped out of my shares and I do not know why. Why are my shares not showing up, that is, my shared folder is empty when someone browses me?

I have the same issue. I'm using 2017.11.21 build - which is the beta build.
Have not tried with latest official release.

Same... it seems that, for me at least there are a couple of factors at play.

Firstly, if the share is a mapped drive in windows, you need to first connect/browse that network connection in explorer on the host PC, to `wake it up` (as often mapped drives will show as disconnected until they are browsed - this seems to screw slsk client up? ). Also make sure each folder in the hierarchy is shared in slsk. IE - If your music is in Audio\Music, you need to share Audio AND Music in slsk.

That is absolutely correct.

You need to connect and awaken a mapped drive before firing up Soulseek.
If you don't, Soulseek will show zero fileshares.
Once you reconnect your mapped drive, Soulseek will have to reindex your shares again.
Not good if you have many many files, as it will take a long time to rebuild.
