New Win11 PC - SS Listening Port Vanished - Newbie, no clue what I'm doing!

Can someone please help me?  I had SS up and running on my old PC.  Just got a new system entirely with Win11.  Now SS says listening port isn't configured - can search, but not download.  I have absolutely no clue what I'm doing.  All the port server info is totally Greek to me.  I don't know where to start or what to do to resolve this.  HELP!
