Does soulseek still work on windows xp?

XP? Ouch. I personally would not put that on line.. at all..

And with luck i don't get kicked off the list for suggesting it, but if you just *have* to, perhaps nicotine+ would work, since its python ( but doubt XP would have new enough libraries to install )

You can use the old Soulseek NS client.
But by all means, WinXP should NEVER EVER get granted any way of internet access. You'll put your machine and even your whole network at a very high risk.
