If I'm remembering correctly, in the older version of Soulseek that I have on a much older Mac laptop, there is an, 'upload to user' option, which I was using to send files to myself from another computer.

On this 'newer' laptop with the latest QT, it seems that option is no longer there, or I'm totally spaced out and not seeing it, but I'm sure I had done it. Can you help an old man out?

Sorry yeah, the way it was implemented had problems so I had to take it out.

All sorts of options to move files around if you own both machines.

Hey, i was bored... if you can run python on your 'receiving' machine, i tossed out a real simple ( NON SSL ) 'uploading server' sort of thing out on github.

Thanks all. I figured out to create a private folder that I can download from, but that routine is not easier than just moving a flash drive around.
