Files In User List Are Showing 0

Hi,

I'm having an issue where I'm getting automated messages telling me I'm not sharing any files when I am actually sharing over 35,000 but in my User ID, the files label shows as 0?

I can confirm the files are available as people have downloaded from me but is there anyway I can fix this as I've already been blocked by one user as a result of me not sharing anything when I actually am!
