port forwarding problem

hi all,

suddenly I have port forwarding problem:

Uploads dropped from 30-40 to 1-2 daily, most users I can't browse, When it was running with surprising amount of data upload every day hour there were no setting made for modem. When the problem occured I set NAT for ports 56649, 56650 and address mapping for local and global IP address, UPnP is allowed, firewall deactivated. First I disscussed it with Vodafone provider, I suspected malfunction of modem so they offered me a new one for 280 euros, then O2 provider promised good services without any extra payment so I change the provider. First they gave me O2SmartBox which I canˇt use because the setting is only via an app in mobile but I don't use any such clever mobile, so finally they gave me Zyxel modem and it worked! Lot of uploads since Dec but midle of Feb it suddenly stopped and there are rarely any uploads ever. I have also new Lenovo IdeaPad 3 with Ubuntu 24.04 but I cannot test client there because any Linux client I am not able to run there, this Appimage cannot be run as program.

Now I really don't know what to do. I am fan of Linux but finally it seems I will have to use Windows, which I hate. I worked in Widows whole my profession life and I am glad to have Linux at home now. Please save me from Windows!
