Can't connect to user I've been getting files from

Basically User  I got files from for the longest time had to change usernames. Was able to get files from them for a bit, now they don't show up in searches and I can't browse their files. Had a friend check and they can see them so its on my end. I've tried restarting the client and my router, different user, different user ports. Nothing. Honestly looking for any help to trouble shoot this.

Nah I've been able to dm them. At this point i'm just flumoxed
