Appimage versin not running in Linux Fedora 31

Hi all.

I just downloaded the Appimage version of Soulseek to give it a try in Linux, but after I executed it in my Terminal, I get this output:

This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "xcb"
in "".
 
Available platform plugins are: xcb.
 
Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
Aborted (core dumped)

Any suggestions?

Hi, for all those having trouble with that AppImage, you can download the Flatpak Version of Soulseek for your Linux, It works like a charm and was made by Mikel Pérez, his post is here in the Soulseek Forums.

If you want to give it a try:

flatpak install https://slsk.mikelpr.com/org.slsknet.SoulseekQt.flatpakref

i can sadly confirm the flatpak doesn't work in ubuntu and now the appimage doesn't run also. plz update

neither FlatPak nor AppImage works for me on voidlinux since a couple of months now.. I am using nicotine+ but I really miss the original soulseek client. Hope this can get worked around. Why not opensource it?
