Individual Folder Mapping?

Hey there, running Qt build 2024.6.30
Is there any way to specifically map the "Downloading" and "Completely" to different places? Is there a config file I could specify these? Did some searching and nothing returned. Nothing in the GUI to split them, and looking through installed folder everything's wrapped up in dlls and no real config or init found.
Running a high throughput VM to have downloading items to hot NVMe storage/cache and complete to move to cooler tier storage. If there's something baked in, I'd prefer to go that route than setting up a batch job or PS script 😅
