how to contact admin for possible shadow ban

Hi! I'm relatively new soulseek and have been using it for the past month or two. I download regularly and I have uploaded files as well. Recently all my searches come up empty even when searching for basic things. A google search revealed I may be shadow banned so I was wondering if there's something I did wrong or uploaded something I wasn't supposed to?
