SHARED FILES NOT UPLOADING?

Hi everyone,

It has been less than a week since i started using Soulseek. I have been trying to share music I have in very good quality, I already shared a folder but doesn't look anything has been uploaded. My username is Darkshad87. (If I add myself i see i have 33 files sharing, but if i search for any of the songs i have on my shared folder I don't see any results coming up.

Not sure If since I'm too new i cannot sahre files yet or if someone has to audit the files or give some kind of authorization.

If someone can help or advise if im missing a step or setting will appreciate It, I want to contribute to the community, not just download things for myself. Peace.

Update: Someone just downloaded from my folder, so seems we are good here.

If you want to see what other people have downloaded from YOU, untick 'Clear Complete and Aborted'

on your upload page. 

ps : your OWN files will NEVER appear in your own search results. It assumes that you KNOW

which files you've got.

And remember, SOME people download and don't share. They're called leeches.
