Odd port issues and blank boxes

yo, for some reason ive been getting very odd port issues, where ports are completely closed even when enabled instantly.  can the devs send me a newer version or try to troubleshoot?

I have been searching and only finding software to check ports that the Mac wont even open for some stupid reason...

This rabbit hole is getting old!
