Shadowban?

Hi, I am experiencing a strange problem for the second time. I am no longer getting any received searches, if friends search for things they know I have I do not show up, even if they use the "Buddy" search function in Nicotine+. I am using Slsk QT 2024.06.30, my ports are open, and if I log in to Nicotine+ using a different username I do not show up in searches, even on the same computer. Any explanation would be helpful, it feels very random and arbitrary.
