Can't download anything.

Hello, guys.  My client suddenly started behaving strangely. When trying to download anything, the client initiates the download but doesn't actually download it. The process freezes, and the speed doesn't change at all. The client has reinstalled and fixed the registry. I don't see a solution to the problem.
