Why does a blank page appear when I open the SLSK app? Am I banned for some reason, or do I need to grant certain permissions on my computer? If I have been banned, how do I resolve the issue?

Are you on macos? It sounds like the client is freezing. If so it might be useful to get a stack trace of where it's stuck. In activity monitor find the SoulseekQt process and use the sample process option to get the trace, then post it here.

Sorry, I didn't see the attached file. I'm not seeing anything useful in the stack trace... the app doesn't seem to be stuck. I can try diagnosing the issue over chrome remote desktop if you're comfortable with that. Perhaps we can coordinate over telegram or a different messaging app?
