Is there any place to look for slsk server status?

My client is unresponsive no matter how many times I restart it, my guess is it is having trouble to connect with the mothership.

I suspect it is uploading, but its interface is frozen, so I can't see what exactly it is doing.

I guess it is all ok with slsk network. It is just that I have a folder with thousands files, and other user just tried to download them all. It seems slsk needed to buffer those requests in my end, which took some hours. Now the upload started and seems to go steady.
