Reason behind constant Aborted Downloads???

Hey all - what is the cause of downloads constantly being aborted? I've been using the platform for about six months I'd say now and share a healthy amount of files so as far as I know i'm doing everything right. In the past when I constantly get files aborted, usually within a tv show season I will go and find a new similar file, however on the rare occasion - there is only one soul out there who is carrying this particular series and the download has cycled through the whole season several times and downloaded every episode a little bit and then aborted it. What is the cause of this? Have I been given some strange restriction by the owner? or like is it something to do with their connection? I just don't get it!

I too am experiencing this! Always share my music. Never cut off uploads and my port is open.

i'd vote network issues. Either you, or the people you are downloading from.   Myself,  I don't see that, but rarely. And when i do, i never see that person again...

It's every attempt at a download though. And nothing about my network has changed.

Perhaps your ISP is screwing with you guys then?  

If you have a router, bounce it, perhaps its acting up..  and Id try it on a 2nd computer, new install, etc. to narrow it down to either your machine or ISP.   But if it is your ISP, not sure how you can get it fixed, cant tell them why you are calling for help .. :)    Nothing fancy here, just start going down the list to eliminate all the options to know what to focus on.

Ill have to hop on and DL some random stuff tonight and see if things have changed for me. I rarely get stuff these days, just share on a regular basis ( not 24/7 ). The only notices i see on my uploads is stuff like user logged off, or canceled.  No 'errors' ( but if their network dropped, perhaps it will look like it was intentional from my machines side. donno )
