It seems that with this latest version the option to upload to a user is gone. 

I have two accounts, one for at home and one for when I'm out with a laptop. I want to be able to send files to my home account but am not seeing how to do this. I'm also unable to browse my home folders. Is there still a cap on browsing a user's files if they have over a certain amount?

For that sort of use-case, i just run a VPN at home. Connect, im 'on network' and can do whatever i need, including copy files around.

I don't understand. I do use a VPN both at home and when I'm out. I'm trying to connect from a 2nd account but don't see how to upload to my home account.

Im talking about a VPN at your house that you control, that is on your network, not some 3rd party thing.
