I've used QT with no issues until I was given a new router and modem by my internet provider. My router is an Arris TM1602 and my operating system is Windows 7.The router says ports 55386/55387 are open. I'm only able to browse users who have downloaded from me in the recent past. When I try to form a connection with other users it always fails. Using the Check Port function on Soulseek says port 55386/55387 are both closed. I had my IT friend use TeamViewer to check the issue and he's baffled. He says it's either my router, Soulseek or a combo of both. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

I'd have a guess and say your new router isn't configured correctly.
